By accessing or using HomAI Gaming (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HomAI Gaming.

2. Description of Service

HomAI Gaming provides an AI-powered platform designed for creating, sharing, and querying gaming guides. As an evolving platform, the Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Security

• Authentication: Access to the Service requires authentication via email (One-Time Password or Magic Link) provided by Supabase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

To ensure a high-quality experience for all users and maintain our service integrity (including our email reputation with providers like Amazon SES), you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• Attempt to circumvent our authentication systems or interfere with the Service's security features.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the platform without explicit permission.
• Generate or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, AI-generated guide structures, and underlying software, remains the exclusive property of HomAI Gaming. Users retain rights to the specific content they contribute, but grant HomAI Gaming a license to host and display that content to facilitate the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

HomAI Gaming and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or the inability to use the Service.
• The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated gaming guides.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

7. Termination and Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings > Account > Delete Account menu. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately, and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
